Disha and Jay aren't ordinary: they built solid professional careers before embarking on their mission. This journey led them through uncomfortable questioning, unlearning old definitions of success, and reconnecting with themselves mentally, emotionally, and energetically. The Ollinova Method they co-founded was the framework they wish they had earlier to find the courage to step into their full potential.

Disha grew up in Kenya with the conditioning that she had to be the good and responsible one to succeed. This led her to a career as a pharmacist with the UK's health service.

As she rose through the ranks, she continued to be the high-performer that she needed to be. However, unexplained postural headches that left her bed-ridden made her realise she had spent years performing a life for her family, culture and society towards a definition of success she'd never chosen. What followed was deep unlearning and relearning.

Disha is a certified Leadership Coach and Akashic Reader leading her clients through profound career and life transitions.

Jay followed every step of the script that was handed to him: a top degree from Warwick University, a corporate career at Bain & Company and an MBA from INSEAD.

In the years that followed he found a deeper calling that led to years of study in yoga therapy, functional breathwork, nervous system regulation, and psychedelic integration. This exploration made Jay realise that the system that pressures women to shrink also pressures men to perform - and that both lead to the same wall.

In the workshop, Jay holds the somatic container to serve practices that creates safety in the nervous system as the starting point for change.

You're already paying. The price of time.

That is exactly why this workshop exists. You do not need clarity before you arrive. Clarity is what we work toward. The only thing you need to bring is honesty about where you are right now.

Is this a career workshop or a personal growth workshop?

It’s both, and that’s intentional. Career decisions don’t exist in isolation. This workshop looks at your energy, values, inner conditioning, and patterns alongside your external life and work, so any change is grounded, aligned, and sustainable.

Will I be pushed to make drastic changes?

No. This workshop does not ask you to quit your job, leave your relationship, or make any external move you're not ready for. It helps you understand why the fear is there - and take one grounded step despite it. Nobody burns their life down here.

What makes this approach different?

This work is shaped by our own lived experience of burnout, misalignment, and rebuilding a life with intention. We’re not offering motivation or quick fixes. We share a tested process that integrates mindset, body awareness, and conscious decision‑making, so change comes from clarity, not pressure.

Is this like therapy or coaching?

Therapy looks backwards. Most life coaching gives you tools without addressing why you can't use them. The Ollinova Method starts at the body - the nervous system - and works through identity to action. That sequence is what makes the change stick. Both of us have lived it ourselves.
